What is the recruitment process like at BSF?

We are always looking for passionate caring people and know that we are stronger when we have a diverse workforce that
bring a wide range of experiences, knowledge, and ideas.

Applications & Interviews:

First, we review each and every application ourselves, not through any impersonal AI sorting tools. We then shortlist all 
top candidates that catch our eye for telephone interviews. If all goes well in that interview the best of the best are invited 
to come meet us in person for an interview with our great leadership team members who then choose who they feel is the 
right fit for our team.

Onboarding & Background Checks:

If you are successful in being given an offer to join our amazing team, there are a few steps we must go through to get you 
onboarded and ready to start your new rewarding career. Due to the sensitive nature of our work, we are required to 
conduct reference checks as well as a criminal background check. We work with you throughout the onboarding process to 
make it as simple and quick as possible as we know you are as excited as we are to have you join the team.

Before You Start:

Once your onboarding work is all complete, we’ll send you everything you need to know to successfully start you off for a 
great first day and long and rewarding career with us!
