The Brenda Strafford Foundation (BSF) is a charitable organization that currently owns and operates five Long Term Care and Assisted Living seniors care communities in Calgary, AB, and Okotoks, AB. The Role:
The Receptionist performs a variety of clerical and receptionist duties associated with the daily operation of an effective business office.
Some of the primary responsibilities include providing administrative support to the Receptionist Lead and departments as directed; operate a multi-line switchboard and route all incoming telephone calls; greet visitors, receive routine inquiries in person and by phone. Make appointments; create and distribute dietary menus; arrange and facilitate tours.
The Receptionist must demonstrate:

Who We're Looking For:

Business Administration Diploma or equivalent education is preferred(not Mandatory), combined with minimum 3 years’ experience

Proficiency with MS Office; Office equipment including multi-line switchboard, photocopier, security monitoring systems etc

Previous receptionist experience is preferred.
Additional Information:
In accordance with Alberta's Protection for Persons in Care Act, a criminal record check is required for successful candidates.
